EK is L35 396/325 w/ a glide..
Are the Vin stamping fonts supposed to be this big...these appear almost as big as the Build/Suffix fonts?. I agree the 030 is probably a rebuilders note...maybe noting 30 over?. Good luck!.  ~ Pete
