------Cool Corvette!!! Appears to be a 64. Someone was using thier head when they thought to block off the grill cavity as that was a major source of lift on the big end. Those things didnt steer real well at all when the grill opening was open and the front end was high as was the fad at that time........Bill S

My dad had the oppurtunity to purchas the Dancing Bear corvette in the late 80's, but he didn't.

I ran at Dover in 73/74. Not much left of the place. Over at the Jalopy Journal in the HAMB message board there are current pictures. Search Dover Dragstrip

I enjoy seeing the old photos. I just want to inform you to update information of " Sal Accardi Corvette photo the year is 1959 or 1960."
I remember going to Dover Dragstrip in Wingdale, NY. Thanks for the photos brings back old memories.
