Xplantdad ...... those are awesome pics of OCIR and i remember all of those cars and those pics bring back alot of memories of that place from when i was there from 81 until it closed .do you have any pics of the clownin around 55 chevy that used to be a regular there ?? .hey did you ever find any pics of my friends 70 GTX that raced there every week .it was dark metallic blue with a white stripe on the hood,it ran consistant 12.30 ET's

These guys were out at Hampton all the time. They would have at least 4 or 5 good running cars every weekend. The thing I remember most is a car carrier they had. Molded to the roof was about a '66 Charger body - it was the complete interior from the firewall to the back of the rear window. It had the front bucket and a rear seat and 4/5 people would ride up there. It was a real clean job and I believe it had a/c. Wish I had Taken a picture! - -  -  -
