Seeing as how I did not test-drive the model in question , one would have to infer from the available evidence. Closer study of the frame can lend some hints. Few would deny that the frame is born-with. So therefore is the frame sufficient enough to warrant such an attribute without significant work in the area of suspension. In this case, I believe most would say "yes". There are other tell-tale signs which I will leave to some of the other (self-proclaimed) experts from previous "Pavillions" entries.
