Default Re: Ok NOVA gurus, could this be a GIBB Nova??

The picture of the '70 Gibb Nova is from the April 1970 Car Craft. Quote-"Harrell had taken delivery of a '70 Chevy II and El Camino from his partner and racing associate, Fred Gibb of Fred Gibb Chevrolet, in La Harpe, Illinois." Article is written by Ro McGonegal, with a best time with ucapped Cyclone headers, and 8" M&H slicks of 11.89/116.92. Almost as fast as my car, however, Herb did better times with a 302 18 months earlier.

I forgot to mention the Strippers, good eye. Neat combo of add-ons. This is a historic article regarding the Gibb/Harrell venture. I'm sure many have a copy. I do not know if this car still exists. Probably sitting in some garage, stored for 37 years untouched. It's color was Gold.
