I took Bud's advice and sent a note (which was the truth) that I needed the buyers assistance with paperwork in order to file a claim. Next reply from the buyer was a notice of payment. I got my $ back. The package had finally arrived! Those Paypal bastards got another transaction fee off me though.
 But at least I got my $ back.
