I'm still waiting for Paypal to refund my money for the 442 I was scammed out of. You think ebay is bad...

paypal is worse! I called the credit card company and they even said paypal is tough to work with due to lack of communication. I'm waiting another week before I go ahead with the lawyers...

Good luck Darren... I hate to say it but I think you're out of the money. I hope it was not a hefty sum...
