The car can still Survivor with a repaint, I've owned two completely repainted Corvettes that have received the Bloomington Survivor award. You need to qualify in three of the four areas (body, interior, engine, chassis) to achieve Survivor, so the remiander of the car needs to be original. A car can not Benchmark unless it achieves Survivor in all four areas and achieves Bloomington Gold all in the same weekend. The car most likely could not Benchmark.
It could also receive three of four Bow Tie Stars with a repaint. Still a nice achievement for a car. I'm looking at a twin to this car, black plate and all, in silver and a coupe for $40,000. It's on the West Coast. It's important with a California car to have all the smog equipment there, it's expensive and you can't justify it for a small block. I say $50,000, or a bit more. With the right owner, some TLC and some Top Flight ribbons, the value could rise into the 70's.

------Original post stated that the car had "AC"!!! I looked at the pics but believe it or not missed that the car did not actually have "AC". Therefore my pricing is revised downward. Car has a high side of around $60,000 without the "AC". Bet you thought I was crazy, huh Tim...........Bill S

-----The Corvette collector world is a strange place as you probably know. As nice as this 67 is, its a 300hp base engine. For the big check a 300hp generally needs AC to carry it upward. A 350hp or any of the optional engine packages can usually exist in the higher climate on thier own merits. Then the AC, if present, just adds the frosting!
-------Dana,,,,I like that 63!!!........Bill S
