There is also a deep and a shallow one just like the center caps on 70 chevelle wheels(1/4 and 1/8). This one looks like a deep where the spinner sits down farther into the hub cap.Some time in 66 they switched to shallow I don't know the month but have seen both on 66 Imp SS. 67 nova had only shallow
65 Caprice would be bang on I would say
