I was considering including a non-Chevy once in a while...it depends on how interesting the car and its story are. I think the barn cars are always cool to see no matter what the make - or am I the only Chevy guy that feels this way?

I'll PM you the links to the story on the 1977 Z/28 my dad special ordered new. I found it in December, it was in a barn in West Point NE. Dad sold it in '81 and it was never seen again until I brought it home.

Have a few barn cars from Virginia -

Found a '69 GTO Judge in a barn. RA III, 4 sp, Gold/Gold. All original except for the block. 2 owner car. Been there for 13 years. Got a good deal on it, but didn't steal it.

Got my '66 Chevelle SS396 fresh out of a 12 year stay in a barn. Aztec Bronze with 396 and 4 sp.

Also have a '69 Judge that spent the last 10 years in an aircraft hangar. Carousel Red, RAIII, 4 sp.

And a '66 Fairlane convt, 289, auto. Last 13 years in a garage, piled up with boxes and other cr*p.

My 71 GTX is similar - 68k original miles, 2 owner, was in storage and not driven for 25 years.

Only spent one year in Virginia (Charlottesville area). Had two cars when I got there, and I left with 8.

Hey Scott, if you get any free time (I saw your location!) I would love a writeup and some pics of the '66 SS396. Doesn't have to be anytime soon. Stay safe and thank you for your service to our country! Tony
