That is the Porcelain sign that was on the outside of the Fisher Body plant in Grand Rapids Michigan. Installed in 1949........

I guessed the Fisher Body plant in Detroit, which supplied the Caddilac assembly plant. I saw that sign when I lived in GR, and knew several people that worked there.
Very cool sign.

So that sign's colors are baked on enamel---not painted....??.........If so very ..
