I have dealt with Joel Rosen a few times,and found him very professional and easy to talk with.
I know..I know,..I was prepared for the worst from what a few have said about him on various websites in the past,but he answered my email in a timely fashion..{He does have another business to run}
His wife and he recommended I call them at their 1-800 number,via his model building business to follow up on my inquiry.
I like him and how I was treated.
