He got me the info on my 1987 IROC Z28 that was delivered in PA, one of the last to be built out of the Norwood plant. The microfiche wasn't too clear so they credited me back the charges on my mastercard and sent me the whole package free of charge. Very nice.

Nope. That is an ebay removed error message. Most likely, he broke some small rule, or used some word that they flag, or someone complained about the auction.

We have a very nice RA IV rag top 4 speed GTO, possibly one of one color combo going to Arizona for auction!
