For those who may not know, Bob McClurg is not new to shooting rare cars, especially Yenkos. Way back in early 1969, Bob had just started to work for Super Stock and Drag Illustrated, when he was told to report to York US30 for a photo shoot. His assignment was to cover the drag test of both a Yenko Camaro and Chevelle. As they say, the rest is history.

GREAT to finally see these fantastic cars get some print time!!!!! What a wonderful group to assemble !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to all owners and their cars involved...each of you did a great job representing a true part of automobile history. I just have a few questions......when did I get named the secretary of the sYc and Mr. Clary.........if this is true, where the heck are you sending my paycheck? Apparently there was a mix-up with the banking info? All kidding aside, more than just nice coverage, fabulous job guys and congratulations on each and every car and their wonderful owners. You guys really do ROCK.
