I seem to recall that it was an L-78 car originally and then had an L-88 installed under warranty during the first year or so.

If I'm not mistaken, Dick Bridges' black COPO Chevelle had the chambered? But I've slept a LOT since I heard it, but I've always heard it sounds better on a Chevelle than a Camaro, and I thought the NOS chambered on our Y-Camaro sounded KILLER...

You can't lose with a black '69 'Velle, regardless of drivetrain...but a warrantied L88? That's just stupid...

It sounds good especially with a real high lift cam on the L88...I do know the factory exhaust sounds alot better than the repro sets.

Chuck,

I remembered you trying to sell it a few years back...stirred up quite a frenzy the last time you offered it for sale. A great car...with great history. Good luck.

Post some more pics of the car.

Dan.

I would consider trading up for a Yenko Camaro Ralleye Green preferred or white/ orange only. Real car only

I had a Black 1968 Corvette L-88, (you can see a photo at my website under "Past Sales" at http://www.kuhnsklassics.com )
There is Nothing like the sound of an L-88
and
Nothing like the ride....
Scary Fast.
Fill it with 120 Octane and FLY !
I miss that car, but it went to a good home.
