Vern, that pic is real. I blew it up to 200%, and what you see are the rocker panel trim pieces on the forks, giving the illusion of it resting higher than it should.
With the hood up and the windshield smashed, I'm guessing that the motor is gone, and that year of 'vette is not worth the price of restoration, or stripping out for parts. Sad sight to see, though.
