I would offer to keep an eye on their place...you know stop over once a week so there is some activity. You might get it for free in this kind of deal. I provide house watching services and get a two car garage to store car and hopefully pull my tranny this winter. Had a huge barn a few years back, could hold three or four cars and the boat. Thanks everyone for your input, offers and experiences. I will have to make a decision in early Jan so I will let you all know what is happening. I have made several inquireys locally here and will wait to see if anything pans out. Merry Christmas to all.
