Default Re: DHL lost shipment help XT rims

I had a DHL delivery not make it also, and I was a little miffed, as "YH" wheels are expensive, and nice ones don't come along often enough. DHL was like, "whatever."
But I got to know my FedEx delivery guys, as our last resto required him to bring me A LOT of packages (started with a rolling shell, only). To quote the guy I saw the most, "we have been here many, many times." Those guys never lost or damaged a single one. Impressive, IMO.
Does anyone "tip" their delivery guys? Christmas gift, maybe? I feel sorry for those guys sometimes... I get some REALLY heavy crap...

Never heard of using Greyhound. Sounds like a good idea.
