Default Re: DHL lost shipment help XT rims

Steve is right on the money They do weigh it in The problem most likely was down on the ramp Like I said before it was and always will be open season DHL will have to file a claim end of story But That does not help you when something can not be replaced
As far as What Fed X throwing stuff in dumpster Was told tonight were to go tomorrow and see for my self .My Self I do believe it 6 years ago this would not happen but today yea I can see them throwing stuff away Companies Like Fed X and DHL are more
Concern and hours . I know very well after 18 years in the business. They do not care about your package they care more about hours it takes to deliver it
Greg you said that you worked at FedEx as a temp on and off for a few years
Have you ever worked on the ramp with the planes. Delaying a plane for 5 mins is like the end of the world to them. Work on the ramp 11.30 at night snowing like crazy cold as hell and have some people working 14 + hours you will see things that are just un believably. Yea stuff do disappear just to get that plane off That is were anything goes What is even worst is the customs agents. I have seen it my self they steel any thing that is not nailed
down . then destroy the documentation and air bills They would tell me there was no package and when I try to report it was told to for get what I saw
Could write a book on things that goes on with these companies
That is why I said use Greyhound They do not have this B/S crap that the big dogs do
