 Those are nice but later issue 70 and up frames. Chuck always has the goods though, IMO!!! The lower frame pictured here is most likely correct for 68-70 specific years only!  Typically, by the maunfacturer who made these on the west coast, as noted on the below image, the Tear Drops on the lower mounting of the License Plate Frame / License Plate was general issue back then. This is not to say that each dealer followed this pattern; as per the above CONE issued frames!
