Looks like it was originally an L35 car 396/325 hp. .
Can you read the numbers off the extended deck surface at the front of the pass side head and post them here? . This car seems familiar...did you or your chum post this here about a year back? . ~ Pete

I think a Camaro guy shopped them around the internet so they may have made their way here. Matt finally scored a good job and may finally start on this car. I told him I'd do a little more research for him. Is there a way to tell the engines visually besides casting numbers? A 429 and a 460 longblock are visually identical. I'm not sure how to tell on BBCs |

I believe this car was discussed here before. Wasn;t it painted right after purchase or something like that?

Yea it was painted... look at the paint code... AA BLACK... how many guys will be after that one?

Do you know where the car was bought new? maybe it has a dealer emblem somewhere?
The mirrors on the car are 70 or newer, it is a factory big block car as has already been stated the 4N indicates 396 325hp, it also has a big block heater core in it. The trim tag was painted white like that from the factory so please do not disturb it. How many miles are on it?
