Pretty cool topic!
Also a great place to ask I question that I have often wondered about. Who was the very first to use a shaker hood? Was it the Mustang Mach 1's in 69 or a Trans Am or what?By the way the 1970 Mopar "Air Grabber" hoods are cool! ![]()

What a fantastic topic! A cold/fresh air indution system was almost always a feature on most musclecars. Very difficult to pick one, but I'd have to say my favorite would be the 68-69 L-88 Corvette hood with the element that stays in the hood when it is open. Now that's a big bulge that lets everyone know that you have something very special!
