J=Manufacturer (unknown to me)
I believe this is the 1971 and later 11 digit standardized DOT mandated code. J=Manufacturer (J is unknown to me, but is not Goodyear of Firestone) C=Plant location AH= size code MAF= tire line and type 027= 2nd week 1977 Dave
