Would someone please tell Carroll Shelby to put his sweater on the correct way next time he steps to the podium at BJ.
Someone needs to send him a copy of Car Guy Etiquette. |

The cars with good pedigree will always bring solid prices. Limited production, high performance, good paperwork, original components are the cars that are still in high demand. I just got done putting a new clutch in my 70 L78 car and took it out for a drive today. Wow, it's so much better to drive now that I want to take it out again tomorrow! I hate the prices that some of the cars/parts sell for, but if the values on the cars didn't go up, then nobody would be getting these top notch restorations done because they would be a losing proposition. Whether you drive your car or just enjoy showing it, it doesn't matter because it's your car to do whatever you want. You can tell a real car guy just by talking to them.

Dick......Pa-leezzzeee.
![]() You know the stereo-type I'm trying to describe........you've seen them yourself! ![]() As for Carroll Shellby, we talk from time to time. He was a part of my son's leukemia fight before he passed. He's right in line with Jay Leno and a whole hellava lot others who can wear their sweaters or anything else for that matter, and be car guys..... Jeff ![]()
