Picked up the seats today and put them in......Took it for a ride to the Insurance Guy's place so he could take some pictures and get the coverage started.........Now it went from a "Project"......to being a Car......
Here are some more Pic's......Loading up Friday for Monmouth/ LaHarpe.......

Original Trunk Splatter Paint......

It's been a Tedious Project filled with a lot of "JUNK" repro parts.....some good Parts......and "Good" people....I'll pass on the "Bad" experiences and talk about the "Good".........The car was pained by Pulera Collision Center in Kenosha, wi.......Great people to deal with....The Engine was built by Don's Automotive, also in Kenosha.....again "Great people......"Just Dashes" in California are the Greatest.......Vintage Stitch in Salem, Wi....did a great Job on the Seats and Headliner......Eric at Vintage Muscle Cars did the Carb......Again...."Thumbs Up" to Eric.....
The biggest problems I had were not checking the parts against the originals when they came in....I assumed that the parts would be correct......It's just getting worse with some of the suppliers.......I had the best luck with "Ground Up" and D&R ..........Would I do it again....."You Betcha"......Already got something on the back burner.......

Ken

Fantastic.

In a way I'm kinda sad to see her finished since so many of us looked forward to the daily/weekly updates and stories. But I know how much this guy enjoys what he's doing so I'm betting we'll be treated to another saga before long.

I can't wait to see her in person Friday afternoon, but even better than that..... we get to spend some more time with Ken & Paulette.

Drive safe my friend.
