I only have three caps like this. They are all stamped on the inside "398949" "MADE IN CAN CML". One stamp is very light. There are some marks that make me think they may have been put on rims once. One cap has a small dent in the outer rim and another has one dent just below the outer ring that usually is painted. I also wonder about the marks inside one. The inside of one looks like it might have heat marks? It's not dirt.
I do not have the original bags they came in.
