Make a claim through Paypal. Explain in the claim that the item is not as described. Chances are you will get a full refund. Paypal is great at solving issues like that. You can make a claim by logging onto their web site or calling them.

I have heard of people going through paypal and doing a reverse charge! I think you could do it because you did not get your item.Check with paypal,if not contact your credit card company and explain to them what has occured see if they can't help.If that don't work I would show up at his house wanting my $$$ back or a good chunk of human flesh from about the middle of his torso and located on the backside of him.
