I am going to ask my EBAY problem on this same thread, rather than starting yet another.
I recently bought a 1970 Camaro PO2 (same type as pictured below) 14" wheel cover on EBAY. The seller said it was MINT and show car worthy. In a more recent Email the seller said "Your comments as to the cap being pried off a rim are also bogus as this hubcap has never been mounted. It has never seen the road. This cap has been in storage for over thirty years seeing little day light in that time". The cap I was sent has three small areas in the perimeter edge of the stainless where it is clearly bent, distorted, or wavy. As well the pot metal chrome plated simulated wire spoke area has pitting. The cap I was sold by this seller was clearly NOT mint and has surely seen mounted use. I paid for purchase with PAYPAL and my VISA card. Do I have any rights to have ALL my money including shipping refunded. The seller took great offense to my Email demanding a refund and wrote back a threatening Email to me........ ![]()

Make a claim through Paypal. Explain in the claim that the item is not as described. Chances are you will get a full refund. Paypal is great at solving issues like that. You can make a claim by logging onto their web site or calling them.

I have heard of people going through paypal and doing a reverse charge! I think you could do it because you did not get your item.Check with paypal,if not contact your credit card company and explain to them what has occured see if they can't help.If that don't work I would show up at his house wanting my $$$ back or a good chunk of human flesh from about the middle of his torso and located on the backside of him.
But first I would try the non violent approach but if all else fails! I would do what I had to do to satisfy myself.Bobby |

The wheel cover looks good in the photo. Depending on what you had to pay. It might be a good deal as is. If you paid more than it is worth. Then file your claim with ebay. They will hold funds from the sellers account until resolved. Earl
