What a scam If you contact him he will go to the police
What is that suppose to scare you I would tell that 29 year old punk
To bring it on and by the way his action will forced you to contact the IRS
I would normally say just have pay –pal refund your money and just move
On BUT this punk needs to be taught a lesson
