If it is the car from Rochester. I have seen the docs and it has a ton. I have also seen the car. The under side of the car is not restored but when redoing the engine they restored that and the engine compartment. To me if you are gonnna say low mileage urestored you cant restore half of it.

Yes I also think this is the car I seen at the log cabin(cruise night).I talked to the owner about it.I do remember some things that were not finished right on it.I think they redid the front bushings also.Actually, a few years earlier,we were down at the cabin with my 70Z and a guy came over and told me all about this, one owner-low milage, gold 70Z he knew about that had been bought locally and been in storage for quiet some time.

I'm trying to narrow this thing down because after doing some deep thought searching (yes, it hurt) I think I know this car. Just a quick question. Was the owner a dealer or repair shop by chance?

Isnt the seller the same person that had the Briggs car at BJ ???

Hey, I think I know that guy.
Still waiting for some gratuity from him. I sent him two packages of NHRA memorabilia, decals, color photos, and race history for that Ray Allen, Truppi-Kling Chevelle.
Some people just don't give a crap, I guess.
Chip Gerst (Socalcars) please call me. Nine months and still waiting.

Seems as though the Z28 emblem is also missing from the front grill. All in all a nice car but not worth anywhere near the kind of money he must be asking....and I also own an all orginal 40,000 70 Z as nice or maybe even a bit nicer than this one. Just my 2 cents worth.
