Bruce is the best! We always enjoy having him at the Funny Car Reunion because of his credentials and great car. Bruce is the real deal, started out drag racing in the 1950s at a sanctioned event at Linden Airport here in New Jersey with a 32 Ford, raced Stock and Super Stock before becoming a pioneer in AFX and Funny Car. It was my great honor to direct him thru the water box at Raceway Park when he made is license runs with Don Garlits for Top Fuel in the early 1990s. He signs ever autograph and talks with every fan. I have yet to hear anyone say anything bad about him. Only good Andrew

Every now and again, Bruce brings his USA1 funny car to a local cruise held in Hummelstown, PA, I think he is a member of the club that puts it on ... either way, he and the car are always a great treat!!! Truly a class act!
