Thanks guys..Bud..good stuff, I'm going to check everything tomorrow. Brakes were great for 6 years and it does it even if I change tow vehicles so I know its in the trailer. My bet is electrical though..where do the grounds ground to?? frame?, truck?..also trailer co used lots of piggy back type connectors..the crimp style wiht two wires on one side and one on the other..gonna replace them as well. Thanks

I have had the same problems you guys are talking about in the past and most of the time it was either a ground problem and a couple of times it was actually low voltage! I switched from the little common trailer plug setup to a large 7 way like used for large trailers and travel trailers.Never had another problem since.

Try disabling your brake controller first. I'll betcha that does it.
