Something is not right. Maybe paper work is for another car they have, or tag was switched. Stamped, "Dept.of Homeland Security" I know my paperwork doesn't have that stamp. Roger

Thats an odd GM of Canada Paperwork sheet. Never seen the little speil at the bottom of one that says whats included in the Z28 package. The info on it is wrong, as it says bright exhaust extensions, and spoilers, which wasn't part of the package when this car was built.
Has GM of Canada started adding that recently?

Obviously there is some mistakes in the auction such as the BB picture and the paperwork for another car but the car is what it is. I have seen this car and it's a true Burnished Brown X33D80 Z/28 and yes it has Canadian documentation.
The BB picture is from a 1968 RS/SS they recently did work on and the paperwork is from another Z/28. Just a mistake on uploading the pictures. I have contacted the seller so the issues can be resolved. Rick H.

As with all of their auctions there is a phone number listed. Instead of second quessing and speculations, pick up the phone and call. He has nothing to hide and will give you all the info he knows about the car.
