Mr. Peterson and Mr. Spetzman were the only people to certify this year and last year(2005). You are correct that Bob did certify his 440-6 SuperBee.
You are right that I shouldn't say everyone suspected the Vette was illegal. Poor assumption on my behalf. Jim
