carfax does show mileage, and the last time it was reported a couple of years ago, it was under what he told me.

as for reselling it. herein lies the problem. There is no way i could get what i paid (6,800) for a car with 149k miles needing front seat bottoms, and 1-2k in bodywork to be in good condition (Crunched quarter). i am planning on keeping the car, but with this mileage i grossly overpaid.

Go run the crap out of it for a while....things will feel a whole lot better then! .

Sometimes it's best to just shuck the pride thing, leave the jerkoffs behind and save yourself the frustrations of a continuing saga....life's too short. .

Use the money you would've spent fighting the clown on fixing the seats etc. and the value should surpass what you paid sooner than later. .

Way cool cars anyway you look at it....have fun! .
