Ken was that Anglia from Kenosha ? I remember growing up in Elmwood Park in the mid 60's there was a red/orang Anglia in a shop on Belmont ave. nxt to the Tastee Freez...we used to peek in every time we went to the Freez and see that car....

I wonder if they fixed the starting line yet so the cars don't roll back down the hill out of the staging lights....
No place for a car without line-lok. At least that was my experience in '83.

Verne........The track has been completely redone, leveled and widened......the new owners are really fixing it up compared to what it was......

Yes.....This car has been in Kenosha it's entire career, there was another Red Anglia from Kenosha that ran about the same time....It was the Bell &amp; Zelewski car that was sold to Bob Jones who lived in Chicago, Bob bought the car in 66 or 67 and it was driven by Norm Dobrino....They also owned and raced the 58-60 Corvette that Sam Gianino built and raced called "The Executioner"....It was run without a top or windshield, just a small roll bar behind the driver...Wow, I could go on and on........
