That is it!! If you are fortunate enough to find an old GM head gasket set on ebay, it will have these gaskets in it, plus silver cork valve cover gaskets.

I have also seen individual intake manifold gasket sets on ebay that have had these. Someone sells aftermarket sets on ebay with the correct shape, but they don't have the metal sandwiched in the gasket like the GM originals.

Donnie, I'll check to see if I have any sets left tomorrow evening.
