It's the day the unit was assembled as a whole,so it can't be later then the build date for the Vehicle it was installed in.It should pre date it.
You start within the model year that particular vehicle was built. Jan.10th,1969 is the 375th day starting from January 1st,1968. ------------- Batteries R Us
