1= Romulus, MI Plant 88 = year 1988 Yours are dated 9 24 or Sept 24th K18 would be 1968 This wheel is dated 1989 http://i21.ebayimg.com/05/i/07/ee/de/57_12.JPG GM made these into the early 90's. I have seen versions for 1988 thru 1991 all stamped with the double number for the year.
