Ok this sounds good I have oval port heads on my 68 and would like to put a 163 intake on it. What intake gasket set do you use, oval or rectangular.

Use the rectangular port gaskets or you will have a huge air leak. Snap an oil shield under the intake while you have it off. Keeps hot oil off the underside of the intake. Block the heat crossover as well.

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.
