I commend you for what you're undertaking!
Was the main case you're presenting vehicle sold on eBay? . If so, I wonder if eBay's view of fake tags would change any if they were included in the suit? . Tough group to take on surely but perhaps action could be dropped against them if it seemed futile?
I can't help but picture that lone guy in China who stood alone in the street against the advancing tanks....1989? .
