Brian,
You can only believe it when you see it first-hand. In past years, the judges for that show were "Corvette club folks" and weren't terribly knowledgeable on the Camaro. I recall taking 'Ol Yella, my Daytona Yellow '69 RS Z/28, and was docked points for 'tire condition' on my original Wide Tread GT's...I guess they prefer shiny new re-pops. They got me for the engine overspray, too ('Vette folks should at least know that). And don't forget your fire extinguisher is one bonus point! ![]() How did you like the length of the awards presentation...hence the name "Super long Fest"? ![]() Jeff Betz was responsible for that 'very appropriate' title. He would kid about everyone getting an award. Class #132: <font color="blue">"1969 Camaro, original restored, convertible, rally sport with power steering, power brakes and rally wheels only"...one car in the class...winner is... </font> Did you take any pics at the show? I would like to see the cars you took plus others you viewed as nice cars. Thanx, Rich
