You can't ride in it unless you make a pass in yours....

Charlie,

Looks like I will be watching you from the stands! I will be your #1 fan however... But seriously do you really think I am going to race this??

The clean up on the car would take quite a while not to mention the one of a kind NOS Number matching brake shoes that would get the high speed break in treatment slowing the car. You can still read the GM warnings on the outsides of the pads stating "do not grind surface" (asbestos)

Nope I will still pass on the "Pass" No pun intended... SCR-9 is going to be great!!

Phil

Add Dave and Jill C to the list. They will be bringing the Blue RS ZL1 with 7K orig miles and a black low mile LS6 convert. The plan is to drag race the LS6 convert. Now can we all egg on PhilS to bring his red LS6 convert to race against Daves black one ? That would have to be the first time two LS6 converts ever raced against each other. Phil likes the idea but he needs some pushing..... :-)

Yea, I do expect you to race that car My rear suspension looked just like yours - I just clean it up. I won 1st place at the Nova Nationals the first time I took it, since then, it get driven / raced / and severely cleaned!

Stash those brake pads if they are near and dear to your heart! You gotta live a little dude
