That's right Bruce! My car was never good enough to enter in the CC Nats so I never got one of those red ball "CC NATS" windshield decals. You came through on the others though and I plan to repay you real soon.
(Mine will have to be a Coke...)"Cruisin' USA" forever! ![]() |

Nive car Keith. I went to the CC street machine nats in Indy in 77 and 78.. "Takin it to the streets" to the guys who went.. I still have th eT shirt and window stickers somewhere. I drive from Philly in 77 in my 69 RA3 Judge and in 78 in my 65 El Camino. It was a blast for a teenager at the time.. It will forever be etched in my memory

Frank,
Same here. My friends and I started going to the CC Nats with my GTO (pictured) in Springfield, IL in about 1982 or 1983. For the first few my car was the only one for our group to go. Later years, we went to the Nats and the Nats East in Watkins Glen, Syracuse, St Louis, Englishtown with other cars as well as mine. All from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. I even remember one year we all met at the PA turnpike in Bristol PA and "we had ourselves a convoy" with about 10 cars! As you put it, great times to long remember. ![]() |
