Yes.... but it is an NOS scratch....which makes it worth more!

Luckily that scratch is an easy touch up. The wheel cover comes apart and you can repaint the area. One of my best friends has a NOS set of the same mag style wheel covers (still in the accessary boxes) for one of his cars. After that auction he's getting nervous about even putting them on the car!
