like a gun shop can sell the guns and bullets but it's the person using them that's in trouble?
There is nothing wrong with someone owning a gun... when you use it for unlawful purposes then you have a problem. Also not illegal to have "aged" non-authentic docs. however it is illegal to use it to pass off a fake car. The problem lies in that guns have many legitimate uses and fake docs have 2... 1. To make your real car look neat at a car show. 2. To pass off fakes. He should only supply them with docs... let everyone age the docs themselves.
