does your boster have the delco morane stamped on the face??

I have 3 9078 boosters and none have the Delco Moraine stamping. I'm fairly certain that the stamping started in 1969.

I'd agree to that.
When exactly they starting stamping them DELCO-MORAINE I can't say for sure,but thats been my observation as well.

I opened the booster today to get it ready for replating
and rebuilding.When I seperated the boster the inside
colour of the yellow cad was still quite good inside .The colour is almost a silver with some gold sheen. I asked the replaters if the could replace that colour he told me to forget it. No one that he knows does that plating anymore.

I cleaned off my Booster and as Marty and Rick stated before, no stamping present. I'm assuming you don't need a picture of that, but if you still want one, let me know.
