Did you get it figured out yet Al? If not, I would remove the line from the carb that goes to the dist and plug it at the carb. Get a short piece of 3/8" hose, put a temporary "T" in, hook the 3/8 to the manifold vac for the booster, hook the vac adv to the tee and see if that cures it.

Tony..did get it figured out!! Called Jerry M as he set up the dist. and he told me how to tune it based on how he set up the dist. Seems I had it advanced about 20 degrees to much!!..got it all set now..different car for sure!!..road test should be a blast..maybe tomorrow?? Thanks
