How does one person keep an old Camaro in this condition

CA car from Nov. '68 to sometime in 2003 when original owner passed and a dealer bought it at an estate sale. It is near impossible to find a car like this these days..

A few receipts or some kind of papers a previous owner found under the seat were supposed to be in the box with the hood but I never found them
 I guess they fell out in transit as he said he just slipped them into the ouside box at the last minute. I am pretty bummed about that! Interior:
