I'll bet it's a #3999289 block w/#336781 Heads.
I'm pretty sure that's a 1974 Impala 454/235HP engine. They originally used a CXA suffix,but have been known to stamp the last digit of the model year instead on some examples at that time. T=Tonawanda plant 09=Month Sept. 28=day 4=Model year,1974 Check the back of the block for a casting date and part No.,also the same for the Heads to confirm. Your intake looks like a Marine application.
